Some of our projects begin without a commission: we set our own brief. For this series of welcome boxes, we drew inspiration from real hotels to imagine, in-house, what the first minutes of a stay might feel like.
Each box is a conceptual study, designed the way we design everything: from sign to volume, under a single creative eye.
*Conceptual projects created in-house, with no affiliation to the establishments or brands that inspired them. *

The Suspended Hour
A welcome set left waiting in the room, made for the very first minutes of a stay. Behind a mother-of-pearl checkerboard shell and a grained
beige-leather sleeve, a linen interior holds the pieces of a wellbeing ritual: scented care, socks, a cashmere wrap and eye mask, an embossed notebook and a silver pen.
It turns arrival into a silent gesture of care, an invitation to slow down, just for yourself.

Among Friends
A welcome box imagined for a design & lifestyle hotel, in the spirit of a warm, community-minded hospitality, "friends taking care of friends". Sky-blue stripes and checkerboard, raw materials, an editorial tone and no over-packaging: an eye mask, slippers, playing cards, a travel backgammon set and a furoshiki-style knotted wrap make up a precise, local and sustainable selection.
Far from the ceremony of a grand palace, it speaks a more relational hospitality, the feeling of being expected, recognised, in the right place at the right time.

The Grand Stay
A welcome set imagined as an extension of a contemporary Parisian palace: discreet luxury, warm tones and natural materials, echoing the building's architecture, open onto the Seine.
A case in refined twill and full-grain leather, with a magnetic closure, brings together a delicate scent signature, an exfoliating scrub that extends the spa experience, a writing set, and a map of Paris drawn for exceptional private visits. An engraved silver plaque signs the object as a precious piece, made to be kept long after check-out.
