Printing technique consisting in printing new information on a document that has already been printed. Used to personalize standard supports (e.g. flyer, envelope, invitation), transplanting can be done digitally, screen-printed or offset depending on volume and rendering constraints.
Use case: Pre-printed invitation cards were reprinted with personalized dates and locations for each local event, without having to re-print a complete print again.
